Vidarbha level Inter Pharma Collegiate Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess and Carrom Tournament – 2019

Vidarbha level Inter Pharma Collegiate Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess and Carrom Tournament was organised by Gurunanak College of Pharmacy in association with Me2We on 5th October 2019, at GurunanakCollege of Pharmacy, Nagpur. The event was inaugurated by Dr. P.M. Ballal, FDA, Nagpur and Dr. A.M. Ittadwar. The event witnessed an enthusiastic participation from various pharmacy colleges. The Winners and the Runner ups were felicitated with trophy, certificate and cash prizes.
  • 'IPCS Championship 2018' Vidarbha Level Inter Pharmacy Collegiate Sport Tournament

“IPCS Championship 2018” Vidharbha level Inter pharmacy collegiate sport tournament was organized by Gurunanak college of Pharmacy with Me2We foundation, Nagpur on 2nd October 2018. Whooping 104 participants took part in various sport events like Badminton, Carrom, Chess and Table Tennis. Mr. Arvind Agrawal, Dr, P. M. Ballal, Mr. Amalendu Datta, Dr. Vinita Kale from Me2We Foundation and Mr. G. A. Gurunani and Mr. V. B. Pande from Gurunanak College of Pharmacy took efforts for the event in coordination with the staff members of GNCP.

  • Intercollegiate Competition of Badminton and Table Tennis (ICBT) Tournament 2017

Gurunanak College of Pharmacy in association with Me2We Foundation organized Vidarbha level Inter Pharmacy Collegiate Tournament of Badminton and Table Tennis (ICBT) on 1-2 Oct, 2017. The inauguration of the tournament was done by S. Sarabjeet Singh Kalsi, CEO and General Secretary of The Sikh Education Society, Nagpur. Mr. Arvind Agrawal, Dr, P. M. Ballal, Mr. Amalendu Datta from Me 2 We Foundation took efforts in coordination with Dr. Vinita Kale, Mr. Gulshan Gurunani, Mr. Krishnakant Bhelkar, Mr. Govind Lohiya and other staff members to make it a grand success.

  • Jignyasa” technical paper presentation competition 2016-2017

“Jignyasa” technical paper presentation competition was organized on 24th Sept. 2016 on the theme “Modified Drug Release”. The competition was judged by Dr. Biyani, Associate Prof, SKB College of Pharmacy, Kamptee and Mr. N. G. Dumore, DBCOP, Nagpur. Around 50 participants turn up for the event from various disciplines. The competition was coordinated by Mr. G. K. Lohiya and Mr. S. R. Yende.

  • Model Making Competition & Jignyasa – 2016

Model Making Competition & Jignyasa 2016 was conducted   successfully on 30th January 2016. The event was huge success   with participation of about 75 students from B. Pharm and M. Pharm. Dr. George Williams, Senior Scientist, NEERI and Mr. Sulabh Khandelwal, Innova Pharmactives presided over the event as judges. Students exhibited varieties of ideas and working models with great zeal and enthusiasm.

  • Model Making Competition-2015

Annual working model competition was held with great zeal and fervor on 20th Feb, 2015 under the aegis of ‘Think Create Tech Pharmacist’. The competition was open for diploma, degree and postgraduate students from college. In all 12 teams comprising of 36 students participated and presented different models with their potentials for use and applications. Prof. Prashant P. Hole, Professor, Deptt. of Electrical Engineering, Laxminarayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur presided over as judge of the competition.

Model Making Competition-2014

Gurunanak College of Pharmacy and Gurunanak Technical Institute successfully conducted Model Making Competition on 22nd February 2014.
The competition was held in Pharmaceutics (UG) Laboratory. There were total eleven (11) different models comprising of 24 students from B. Pharm and M. Pharm. The event was conducted with great enthusiasm and zeal. Mr. Satish Didolkar, Director, BDN Pharmaceuticals Nagpur, presided over the competition as a judge. Event was highly appreciated and applauded by the judge and faculty members. The event concluded with speech by judge of the competition and Principal sir followed by vote of thanks.

Jignyasa 2014

Jignyasa 2014, an intercollegiate technical paper presentation competition was conducted on 6/09/2014 for B. Pharm and M. Pharm Students. The competition aimed for developing demonstration skills in ower point presentation. The students from colleges of Vidarbha region were participated and winners were awarded with winner, runnerup and consolation prize. The competition was evaluated by Dr. A. J. Asnani, PJLCCP, Nagpur and Mr. kishor Danav, DBCP, Nagpur

Pharma Patrol Contest

Dr. Vinita Kale, Mr. D.P. Dharkar, and Mr. Sumit Arora, organised intercollegiate “Pharma Petrol contest” on 5th and 19 th January 2014 at Gurunanak College of Pharmacy. Test comprises multiple objective questions, in which students across the Vidarbha region participated. The winners were awarded with cash prizes.

Quizoppia 2013

Quizoppia- an Open Quiz competition was organized by Gurunanak College of Pharmacy, on 12/10/2013, in college auditorium. It was hosted by professional quizmaster Mr. Anup Manchalwar. 55 teams have participated in this event. The event was coordinated by Mr. D. P. Dharkar. Winners were awarded with cash prize as follows:

Jignyasa 2012, a technical paper presentation competition was conducted on 01/10/2012 for B. Pharm and M. Pharm students. The competition aimed for developing demonstration skills in power point presentation. The students from colleges of Vidarbha region were participated and winners were awarded winner up, runner up and consolation prize.
Jignyasa-2010: A Technical Paper Presentation Competition

Jignyasa 2010, a technical paper presentation competition was conducted on 28 th August, 2010 (for B. Pharm students) and 25 th September, 2010 (for M. Pharm students). The theme for M.Pharm students was “Co-processed Excipients” and that for the B. Pharm students was “Pharmacy Education”
The competition aimed for developing demonstration skills in power point presentation. The 32 students o f B. Pharm. and 22 students of M. Pharm. from colleges of Vidarbha region were participated and winners were awarded with prize of Rs.5000, Rs.3000 and Rs.1000 for winning, runner-up and consolation prize respectively.
